3KONA

Terms of Service

Template — pending legal review before launch.
⚠ This is a working draft to satisfy the launch checklist. Have a lawyer review it against Indian contract and consumer law before you go live.

1. What 3KONA is

3KONA provides software that lets a 3D-printing shop (“the Shop”) generate instant price estimates for parts uploaded by its customers, and manage the resulting quotes, orders and invoices. 3KONA is a software provider only. It does not manufacture parts, sell them, or take part in fulfilment.

2. Quotes are automated estimates

Prices shown are automated estimates generated from geometry and the Shop’s configured pricing. The Shop retains final authority to verify and adjust pricing before accepting an order and before any fulfilment liability arises. A quote below the Shop’s auto-accept threshold that passes all geometry checks may be presented as binding; all others are held for the Shop’s confirmation.

3. Payments and fulfilment

Customers pay the Shop directly: by UPI or bank transfer to the Shop’s own account, or through the Shop’s own Razorpay account. The Shop is the seller and the merchant of record, sets its own advance and balance terms, and issues its own GST invoices. 3KONA is not the merchant of record and never holds customer money. Refunds, delivery timelines, quality and warranties are solely between the Shop and its customer.

4. Plans and billing

Shops start with a free trial and then subscribe to a Growth or White-label plan. 3KONA bills paid plans directly, monthly or yearly, by UPI or through Razorpay, and issues a GST tax invoice for each payment. Prices, features and renewal dates are shown under Plan & billing. If a paid plan lapses, the Shop moves to Starter and keeps its quotes, orders and issued invoices.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe others’ intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, 3KONA is not liable for losses arising from pricing estimates, manufacturing outcomes, or dealings between a Shop and its customers.
